This policy applies to orders placed with Creative Qube through www.creativeqube.in, Creative Qube support channels, or other direct sales channels unless a separate marketplace or platform policy applies. The policy is subject to applicable law and may be updated from time to time.

Shipping Charges

Creative Qube provides free shipping on eligible furniture orders. No separate shipping fee is charged to the customer unless a special delivery arrangement, remote-location surcharge, re-delivery charge, or other exceptional charge is clearly communicated and accepted before dispatch.

Order Processing

After order confirmation, payment verification, stock check, and packing preparation are completed, the order will be handed over to the logistics partner. Processing time may vary for bulky products, custom requests, remote locations, high order volume, or operational constraints. Orders are generally not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery timeline for standard orders is 7 to 15 working days. This timeline is an estimate and may vary depending on delivery location, courier availability, product size, pincode serviceability, holidays, weather, regional restrictions, or other logistics conditions.

Approved replacement shipments follow the same general estimated timeline of 7 to 15 working days after QC approval and dispatch readiness.

Shipping Coverage And Serviceability

We ship to serviceable pincodes across India through available ground logistics partners. Some pincodes may be unavailable, temporarily restricted, under embargo, marked as out-of-delivery-area, or unsuitable for bulky furniture shipments. If your location is not serviceable, our team may contact you to discuss available options.

Tracking And Delivery Updates

Once the shipment is dispatched, tracking details may be shared by SMS, email, WhatsApp, marketplace notification, or customer support communication. Tracking activation can take up to 24 hours after handover to the courier.

Customer Delivery Responsibilities

  • Provide a complete and correct address, pincode, landmark, and reachable phone number.
  • Ensure an authorised person is available to receive the shipment during the delivery attempt.
  • Check that large furniture can pass through the entrance, lift, staircase, corridor, and delivery access path.
  • Inform our team in advance about restricted entry, no-lift access, narrow staircases, apartment rules, or any delivery access difficulty.
  • Inspect the outer packaging at delivery and report visible damage with photos or videos as early as possible.

Delivery Attempts, Delays, And Re-Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, customer unavailability, restricted access, or refusal at delivery, the shipment may be delayed, returned, or re-attempted based on courier rules and serviceability. Additional charges may apply only where applicable and communicated.

Damaged, Wrong, Or Missing Items During Shipping

If the package is delivered damaged or if the product is found damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete after opening, the customer must contact Creative Qube support within the policy timeline with order details and clear proof. Resolution will be processed as per the Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy after QC review.

Assembly And Installation

Many Creative Qube products are designed for DIY/self-assembly. Unless specifically mentioned on the product page or confirmed separately in writing, delivery does not automatically include assembly, installation, wall fixing, drilling, or carpenter service. Please review the assembly manual and contact support if guidance is required.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, road restrictions, public holidays, courier capacity, strikes, regional restrictions, natural calamities, government restrictions, serviceability changes, or other events beyond reasonable control. We will support the customer with available tracking and logistics updates wherever possible.
